So tired!  I think I'm finally catching up on the sleep I've been missing.  I woke up yesterday with the sinus headache from hell.  Took a 3 hour nap & it finally went away.  Was in bed by midnight & up at 7:15 this morning.  Took another 3 hour nap.  Felt wonderful!  :)

Less than a week before the Lori Foster Event!  I can't wait to see my friends!  It sucks I can only see them once a year, but it's like no time has passed when we do see each other.

I've been a bad friend.  I've basically disappeared off the interwebs, dealing with life & all that other good stuff.  It sucks, because most of my friends are online.  I just get home from work & I'm so pooped I don't want to do much of anything.  I'm trying to get past that. 

I would really like to start Zumba.  Sadly, I'm beyond broke & can't afford the tapes right now.  Some day soon I hope to order it & start.  I need to do something.  I want to be skinny for a change, ya know?

I'm so hungry right now, but nothing sounds good.  I hate it when that happens.  Bleh!

Life is good at the moment.  Planning for the trip.  Looking forward to the almost 4 hour drive to get down to West Chester.  Yay?  Ha!

Life & Stuff In General

AWOL blogger, that's me. 

Things are going well.  I'm tired.  Work's been really busy, so that's a good thing.  Trying to get stuff done asap though, because we're kind of working on a deadline.

Have you ever read something that, even though names weren't mentioned, you know that you're the one they're talking about?  That happened to me tonight.  I'm not sure what I think about it.  In some ways I'm horribly offended.  For one thing, why did this person feel the need to write about it for the whole world to see instead of just talking to me directly?  For another...I've never asked for what they're talking about.  9 times out of 10, the help was offered.

I'm just kind of not sure what to think, in all honesty.

Looking forward to the Lori Foster Event in a few weeks.  It'll be nice to get away from everything.  Catch up with friends and meet some new authors.  Lora Leigh & Sherrilyn Kenyon will be there.  I'm not a huge fan of Lora's, but I've read my fair share of Sherrilyn's books.  I've kind of burned out, but it will be interesting to meet her in person.

The writing's not going as well as I'd hoped.  I'm trying, but I don't think what I'm writing will be done in time.  Kind of freaking out, to be honest.  We'll see what happens.

I'm horribly allergic to something blooming around here.  This is the worst my hayfever's been in ages.  I have sneezed so much these last few weeks, I'm amazed I have any marbles left.  Ha!

Going to see Florence + the Machine live at the end of July.  I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.  My SIL is coming with, which should be interesting, since I don't know if it's her type of music, but it should still be fun!  :)

Can't wait to read the latest Psy/Changeling book by Nalini Singh.  It comes out soon & I'm soooo excited!  :)
